Här prövades ett nytt recept på gifflar som jag hittade hos min favorit receptblogg Madame Edith. Jag modifierade receptet lite och här kommer min variant på de goda, goda gifflar.
Gifflar med pizzafyllning
Deg:
75 g smör
2 dl mjölk
25 g jäst
1 tsk sal
1 ägg
1 msk strösocker
7 dl vetemjöl
Fyllning:
Minimozzarella 1 packet
chorizo och skinka
Pizzakydda eller oregano
1. Smält smöret, tillsätt mjölken och låt det bli fingervarmt. Låt jästen smälta i den varma vätskan. Tillsätt salt, ägg och socker. Arbeta in mjölet.
2. Låt jäsa under bakduk i 45 min.
3. Kavla ut degen till en stor cirkel (ca ½ cm tjock). Skär degen i 8 trekanter. Lägg 2 mozzarella kullor, skinka eller chorizo på varje trekant. Strö över oregano eller pizzakrydda. Rulla ihop från den breda kanten till spetsen.
4. Lägg gifflarna på en bakplåtsklädd plåt.Låt jäsa under bakduk i 30 min.
5. Pensla med uppvispat ägg och strö på sesamfrön. Grädda längst ner i ugnen 225 grader i 10 min.
